Service with a smile! Could this always be the case? Just yesterday I was in Edgars & because they busy with stock take... One of their employees walks by & talks to herself saying "Who moved the things around, now again" As if to tell me why you browsing & do not touch a thing as you will confuse me... Last night at a Take-aways the kitchen staff purposefully took their time as they were upset with the cashiers for taking more orders. Amazingly enough everyone received cold food... So why were we waiting on it to fry for 20+ minutes? Customer (care) service benefits the individual just as much as the company. Without clients & customers your company might close down or down size... What are you doing to ensure your job security?
