I am a 27 year old single mother, studying and working full time.

I have huge goals set for myself but struggle to execute and manage my time and priorities.

I am seeking mentorship and guidance with some of the following issues- self confidence- anxiety- burn out- high stress levels- previous PTSD- ADHD and time management.

I have found myself with a very full plate and not enough hours in the day to complete everything and not enough energy either.
I have recently been recovering from severe burn out which led to memory loss and confusion. I am doing a lot better but feel the desperate need to reach out and ask for HELP.
