IMPORTANT Stipulations:

As a New Insights certified coach you are welcome to request and make use of the following online resources. By doing so you acknowledge and agree to the following stipulations:

• The resources here are exclusively for New Insights certified coaches. If you are in training and not yet certified then you should click here.

• You may use these resources exclusively for your own purposes in your capacity as a New Insights certified life coach.

• You may not give out the password or allow/provide access to anyone who is not a bona fide, New Insights certified life coach in good standing (check with New Insights if you're not sure).

1. Certified Coach Identifiers

SIZE AND FORMAT

We will supply you the identifier in two formats:

• High resolution 300dpi png (portable network graphics) file
  (perfect for print applications)
• Low resolution 72dpi png file (perfect for online/web applications).
  Both formats incorporate a transparent background so you can place the images on any colour background you wish.
  

You can change the resolution or resize the images to suit your chosen application(s).

If you don't have access to suitable image editing software that can resize the image then we recommend Shrink O'Matic. This is free software for either Windows or the Mac that easily lets you shrink the image to your preferred size. (Just Google 'Shrink O'Matic').

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE:

• The identifier(s) is exclusively for your use in your capacity as an independent New Insights certified life coach.
• You must have completed all the relevant certification requirements and be in possession of a valid certificate, issued by New Insights, that is commensurate with the identifier(s) you intend to display.
• You must ensure that any identifier used in an online application (email signature, website, etc.) is clickable with a link to the following URL which leads to the home page on the NIA website:

2. CLIENT CERTIFICATE TEMPLATE

INSTRUCTIONS:

The certificate is provided to you in Word format with the design as a background image and with editable text boxes superimposed on the image.

You should not change the fonts, font sizes or colours used in the template.

Replace 'Insert client name here' with your client's name (Lucida Calligraphy 24pt black);

Replace 'Insert date here' with the date of the award (Lucida Calligraphy 14pt black);

Replace 'Insert your name here' with your name (Arial bold 10 pt Grey (65% black));

Once complete, test the document for how it will look when printed by using the Print Preview facility in Word. (It may be advisable to convert the document to a PDF for printing if you know how to do that).

Once you are happy with it you can then print the certificate. Don't forget to sign it in the space above your name.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE:

• The certificate template is exclusively for your use in your capacity as an independent New Insights certified life coach.
• You can present the certificate to to your client at your sole discretion but only if the client has successfully completed the full New Insights coaching programme that includes at least all thirteen sessions.
• You must retain the same font, font sizes and colours used in the template when making insertions.
• You may not charge your client directly for the certificate.
• The certificate must be printed in full colour on a good quality white card or board (e.g. 280g Ivory Linen or comparable)

3. NEW INSIGHTS LIFE COACHING SYSTEM

INSTRUCTIONS:

Please do not try opening them in Dropbox before you download them as this will change the formatting. Rather download them to your computer or device directly first before opening them. This will preserve the original PDF fomatting.

Please note that Dropbox is a public utility. Although you may see instructions on how to share the link to our files on Dropbox with others, we ask you NOT to do this.

Our intention is to make this material exclusively available to bona fide New Insights certified coaches. It is thus a condition of access and use that you do not share the links. Session notes may only be shared with bona fide clients for the purposes of professional coaching.
