Time to Reflect

From personal living experience, the article is very true for me.

After reflection, I am able to do more, achieve more and be more however; the 'mores' are EFFECTIVE thus adding a sense of balance to my life - in prioritising my life around what is true and important for me as opposed to what I should be doing. This act of truth in itself inspires me to do more naturally, as my energy follows my passion. The shoulds are draining. Whenever I am feeling drained, I ask myself: what shouldn't I be doing/how is it that I am not being true to myself.
